Man of God

Pastor JB Oseh is the founder and Senior Pastor of Aroma of Christ Ministries, a nondenominational and Pentecostal ministry.

For over 25 years, he has been active in the Lord’s Vineyard (he has served in two major traditional churches and still doing some voluntary work in one); never lacking in zeal, but serving the Lord with great spiritual fervour (Romans 12:11).

A few years ago, the Lord sent him (through his employer) outside his continent to continue his work in His Vineyard and he immediately saw that truly the harvest is ripe but passionate and committed labourers, labourers with fire in their hearts and wings on their feet are few.

Very recently, God spoke to him saying: ‘My son, my Kingdom is larger than any single denomination. If I sent my Son to die only for a particular denomination, then His death was not worth it.’

God does not show favouritism (Acts 10:34) and He sees only two categories - saved and lost. He's not hung up on denominations, races or socio-economic distinctions: '...you are all one in Christ Jesus' (Galatians 3:28). We are saved by His grace; His grace has brought us thus far and the same grace will lead us home.

Divisions in the Body came quite early in the life of the Church and they are obviously not what Jesus wanted (John 17:20-23). Sadly, denominationalism is utterly opposed to this prayer of Christ in John 17:20-23. Today we are living witnesses to sectarianism, selfishness, carnality, and apathy that eat out the heart of Christianity in all the visible sections of it. But I know that in the end Jesus will prevail and this is the course Pastor John wants to live and die for!

Why don’t we try in every small way that we can to highlight our unity at every opportunity? Isn’t just enough to be called ‘Christians’ – followers of Christ (Acts 11:26).

Those words changed his outlook to ministry and Rev. John now reaches out to all souls through his ministry.

Again the Lord said to him: ‘My son, ultimately, I am taking you to heaven. Whatever you will need between now and then I will provide. Do not ask how, where, and when. I will provide. Go in my name to share my LOVE, POWER and PEACE to ALL souls so that others will know that I am alive. Freely you have received, freely give.’

“I thank God, whom I serve, as my forefathers did, with a clear conscience, as night and day I constantly remember you in my prayers.” (2 Timothy 1:3).

Pastor John in his messages always seeks to bridge the gap between what the scriptures say and how people live their daily lives. His message is clear, simple and profound. He believes people can be liberated from all forms of deceitfulness in this world through the message of the gospel which he authoritatively and logically delivers. He’s been to different parts of the world on work assignments and in all these countries, God showed him how diverse and loving he is to his people through his (Pastor John) interactions with them: “Because of the LORD's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” (Lamentations 3:22-23). Simply put: he tells you that the devil has no gift but poison because: “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” (James 1:17). And “The blessing of the LORD brings wealth, and he adds no sorrow to it.” (Proverbs 10:22).

He encourages people to open their hearts to receive the word of God verbatim because the letter itself kills but only the Spirit gives life. (2 Corinthians 3:16).

He is gifted in motivating the children of God towards spiritual stewardship, victorious Christian living and developing an intimate relationship with God. This is evident in the simple, matter-of-fact and life applicable teachings presented on this website, which will indisputably produce notable proofs in your life.

His love for the word of God has made him published five books. He started a new monthly magazine in one of the prayer groups he led. He is a columnist in other magazines. He developed this part of his ministry many years ago (over two decades) by simply writing out talks and mailing it to individuals.

He was warmly called Professor and Pastor during his undergraduate studies because he excelled academically and spiritually during his studies. Academically he made the best result during his undergraduate studies (Bachelor degree in Computer/Elect Engineering) and distinction during his postgraduate studies (Masters in Electrical Engineering with emphasis on Computer networks). He has other professional certifications:

1. PRINCE2 Project Practitioner Certification by APMG UK.

2. ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing. The International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB) and ‘The Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB)’.

3. IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 Foundation Certificate by the UK Office of Government Commerce (OGC)

4. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

He was a graduate of a Bible Institute in USA and pastoral training St. Hadrian’s College Manchester, UK.

He is happily married to Patricia and blessed with two children: Robert and Peter.

 

Jesus care for youministers of God

Pat O. Oseh (Mrs) is a vibrant prayer warrior and a virtuous woman to her community and family.

She was once a columnist in one of the fastest growing Catholic newspapers in the Northern Nigeria - Northern Star Newspaper Kano State, Nigeria.

In all her messages, she has encouraged women on how to build and maintain their self esteem.

She was on several occasions invited as a guest speaker to St. Emmanuel Minor Seminary Kano State, Nigeria and a Government Girls' Secondary School in Kano where she taught the Catholic students on general Etiquette.

I pray that all our children on earth will bring Glory to God.

May they be source of honour to their parents/guidance/carers.

May they be source of blessings to their generation.
